Kids Karnival Vendor Information

Saturday, September 11this the big day at Dothan CityFest which includes the Kids Karnival.  Churches are invited to participate in this event which consists of a variety of vintage carnival games. Kids Karnival is an ideal fundraising event.

Karnival Date:       Saturday, September 11, 2010

Karnival Hours:         10:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Karnival Location:     North Foster Street in Downtown Dothan

Booth Spaces: Spaces are 10’ x 10’. Exhibitors are responsible for providing tents, tables, chairs, display surfaces and prizes for their booths. 

Booth Fees: There will be no fees for churches that set up for the carnival. You will of course be able to charge for your games. We suggest $1 or $2 for three chances.  If your church does not already have a business license, you will need to get a temporary one.  The cost of a temporary license is $16.00.

Application Deadline: August 16, 2010.

Set-up and Breakdown Schedule:

  • Set-up time is 7:00-9:00 a.m. (Saturday)
  • Breakdown will be from 3:30-5:00 p.m. (Saturday)

Commission Fees are not charged on sales.

In the event of rain, exhibitors may move inside the Dothan Civic Center where possible.
