CityFest Market vendors may display and sell a variety of items as long as it is in keeping with the family-oriented atmosphere of CityFest. Vendors and Items such as antiques, collectibles, coins, stamps, books, comics, arts, crafts, flowers, plants, fruits, vegetables, jams and jellies are invited to join us at the Market.
It’s an ideal fundraising event for church and civic organizations. Booth fees will benefit the Cultural Arts Center.
Market Date: Saturday, September 11, 2010
Market Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Market Location: 200 Block of North Foster Street
Booth Spaces: Spaces are 10’ x 10’. The numbers of booth spaces an exhibitor may reserve are not limited. A small amount of additional space is included behind each booth for storage. Exhibitors are responsible for providing tents, tables, chairs and display surfaces.
Booth Fees: Booth Fees are $25.00 for each 10 x 10 space. A limited number of electrical connections are available on a first come basis at an additional cost of $10. Each application must include the booth fee, electrical fee and a self-addressed stamped envelope for notification of assigned space number. Your cancelled check will serve as notification of acceptance.
Application Deadline: September 1, 2010. A late fee of $10 will be charged for applications received after the deadline.
Exhibitor Responsibilities include:
- Collection and payment of all Alabama State Sales Tax
- A Houston County Business License
Commission Fees are not charged on sales.
No fees will be refunded due to inclement weather. An accepted application is a commitment to the show and no refund will be made for cancellations. In the event of rain, exhibitors may move inside the Dothan Civic Center.
Set-up and Breakdown Schedule is scheduled as follows:
- Set-up time is 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. (Saturday)
- Breakdown is 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Host/Hostesses will be available during the day to assist exhibitors.
